This year, the Hotel Maratea Villa Cheta offers a special menu coupled with unique cocktails on the beautiful terrace to enjoy alongside one of the most renowned and romantic South Italy sunsets. For 2014 the hotel offers fresh spring ingredients from the local area for an original and unique pre-dinner experience.
The staff of Villa Cheta aim to appeal to your taste buds with small mozzarella wrapped in myrtle, shavings of pecorino cheese from Moliterno with tomato “focaccine” or muffins, courgettes with anchovies, cruditès, swordfish and shrimp, seafood quiche; cream puffs filled with cream of broccoli, melon with prosciutto ham and mint, white grapes with smoked ham, salt cod fritters, all accompanied by superb drinks * made by our maitre Biagio or by fine wines from southern Italy .
